GELATO vs. ICE CREAM vs. SORBET: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

Gelato is made with fresh cream and milk, real eggs and natural flavorings. Compared to lesser ice creams which may contain up to 50% air, gelato has no added air at all. This makes gelato a richer, thicker and creamier dessert. And one that won't melt as fast as ice cream!

Sorbets are all about fruit. With no milk, cream or eggs, they depend only on sugar, lemon juice and fresh fruit for flavor.
